Clow finishes fourth in NAC ch’ship

Summerside native off to NCAA Division 3 nationals with Husson Eagles

BANGOR, Maine – MacKenzie Clow of Summerside and his Husson Eagles’ teammates have qualified for the NCAA Division 3 men’s golf championship in the spring.

 

Clow carded rounds of 78 and 73 in helping the Eagles win the North Atlantic Conference team title recently. His 151 total was good for fourth overall in individual play, three shots behind leader Daniel Christy (75-73) of SUNY Delhi.

The Eagles had a two-round team score of 619 – 307 and 312 to finish three strokes ahead of SUNY Delhi (318-304—622).
Clow, a senior, was also selected to the first All-Conference team.
The 20-year-old Clow is a graduate of Three Oaks Senior High School in Summerside.
