CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – Marc Cummiskey, Nick Brown and Drew Bowman each had three-point nights to lead the Sherwood Metros to a 7-4 victory over the North River Flames Monday in Razzy’s Prince Edward Island Junior C Hockey League action.

Cummiskey and Brown each had a goal and two assists while Bowman set up three goals at Cody Banks Arena. Shawn Corney scored twice while Alex MacEachern and Logan Toole each added a goal and a helper and Jonathan Gormley rounded out the scoring.

Will Lavasseur had two assists while Patrick Kenny, Brian Leslie and Ethan Larocque each added one.

Blake Gallant, Alex Young, Drew Nelson and Ethan MacFadyen scored for the Flames. Tanner Hood had two helpers with singles going to Tanner Power, Cody Jay and Kyle Doucette.

James Duffy made 22 saves for the win while Ryan Clory was peppered with 55 shots in the Flames crease.
The game was tied 1-1 after the first period while the Metros led 4-3 heading to the third.

Sherwood improved to 4-0-0 while North River dropped to 0-4-0.
