CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. - Starting pitcher Jonathan Arsenault threw a complete-game, seven-inning gem as the Alley Stratford Athletics defeated the Cardigan Clippers 4-1 in Kings County Baseball League action Wednesday in Cardigan. 

Quinn Hughes suffered the loss with relief from Dean Carroll. 

Allister Smith had three hits to lead the A's at the plate, while Brady Arsenault and Corey Dougay each had key RBI hits for the A's. 

Sam Walsh’s two hits led Cardigan at the dish.
