Whatever your opinion of the kayak building in Cardigan, the procedures of the council's granting the contract raise some questions. The building that has cost more than twice the original budget was both designed and the materials supplied by the same business. Is this a conflict of of interest? If anyone has any opinion about this project the Three Rivers Council would welcome your views at [email protected].

Robert Lethbridge,
Cardigan
