Money. Happiness. Family. How do we define success?
I’ve had the pleasure of shaping Premier Wade MacLauchlan’s hair over time. I feel privileged to have met him and he revealed himself to me to be a fine and decent man. Many shot discussions were had about dogs as pets. He indicated he had one issue: he felt that his dog was smarter than him! “Sorry, can’t help you with that one,” I said. I had three and told him mine were all smarter than me!
Always being gracious and considerate, his true character was consistently evident. He showed sympathy during the time a staff member lost a relative. I feel he has shown passion for this “Mighty Island” and its people (and their pets). Being very proud, when Premier MacLauchlan represents myself and all Islanders on the national and international stage, he has earned my respect.
