A short time ago, a friend of mine was looking for an apartment in Stratford -- $700 to $1,100 a month was all that was available. Tough for a person on fixed income and social services will only give so much; makes life tough.
I believe by what I see and hear is we need a person as fulltime mayor and hopefully Philip Brown will get his wish. A great start Mayor Brown.
