EDITOR:
The Kinder/Morgan pipeline issue is indeed a conundrum. I have listened to the arguments of both parties and they all have merit. I find I must come out in favour of the pipeline, despite my respect for Elizabeth May. On this issue, I believe the Greens are wrong.
Sadly, I think it must be built, and soon. It must be the best pipeline in the world, it must be rigorously monitored, and fastidiously maintained. It is the least dangerous option.
I am very disappointed in our federal government who I believe are dragging their feet in establishing a low-carbon economy. It is obvious that small local authorities like Summerside are leading the way, and many others all over the Americas.
