Since it appears that the taxpayers’ money is burning a hole in the pockets of Charlottetown City Council, I want to put forward a great idea.
The city should order a fleet of houseboats to compliment the floating dock, thereby solving two problems at once – the housing crisis and the crying need for people to get a closer look at Fort Amherst.
