JONES, William "Bill" In loving memory of Bill Jones, 73 years, who passed away peacefully at Maplewood Manor, Alberton, PEI during the early morning hours of Sept. 13, 2020. Beloved husband of Phyllis Jones (Black) and cherished son of Russell & Dora Jones (Dailey), both predeceased and stepson of Gerald Warwick, predeceased. Loving father to Melissa Lachance (Darren) and Pamela Jones (Andre). Special stepfather of Sandra Curlook (Pete) and grandfather to Amanda and Lianne Lachance and step-grandfather to Justin, Matthew and Jeremy Curlook. Lovingly remembered by stepsister Bette Warwick MacDonald (Mac) and stepbrother Gordon Warwick and brother-in-law to Billy Cobham (Susan), Anita Mangos (Peter), Patsy Black, Norma Black, David Cobham (Mary), Leslie Cobham (Astrida), Gerry Cobham (Crystal), Jim Cobham (Bernie), Kevin Cobham, predeceased (Maria). In keeping with Bill’s wishes, cremation has taken place and his remains will be placed with his father in Huntville, Ontario. “And ever has it been that love knows not its own depth until the hour of separation”. “Hedd, Perffaith Hedd- Peace Perfect Peace” I wish to convey my heartfelt thanks to my family and friends for their support and love during Bill’s long ordeal of illness. Whether it was visits or just taking the time to ask about Bill I want you to know that this was appreciated. However, words are so inadequate to express my gratitude to the entire staff of Maplewood Manor (both past & present) for the overwhelming care and compassion shown to Bill.
