MACKINNON, Victoria Ann “Vicki” The death occurred peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on June 1, 2020, with family by her side of Victoria Ann “Vicki” MacKinnon (nee Robertson) of West Royalty, in her 75th year. She is survived by her best friend and husband Wayne, loving daughters Lori and Katie (John Mark) and her beloved grandson Caiden, whom she absolutely adored. She is also survived by her aunt Evie Richards (Massachusetts) and her brother in-law Basil (Liz) MacKinnon. Vicki was predeceased by her parents Wilfred and Mae (Carr) Robertson, brothers Fergie and Lewis Robertson, sister-in-law and brother in-law Shirley and Bill Rhynes and several aunts and uncles. Vicki was born on June 20, 1945 and raised in East Royalty, where she loved helping her father on the farm. She married Wayne on September 2, 1967 and moved to West Royalty to run a home hair dressing business and raise her family. She loved spending summers at the family cottage in Canoe Cove surrounded by extended family from Massachusetts, Ontario, NB and PEI. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. A private graveside service will be held at the Peoples Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation (dialysis department).
