YOUNG, Hugh Joseph Toronto/New Waterford It is with deep sadness we say goodbye to Hugh Joseph Young. He passed away peacefully at home in Toronto on April 4, 2021. Born in New Waterford on April 19, 1967, he was the grandson of the late Hugh and Melita (Campbell) Young and Ronald and Alice (Mahoney) Gillis. He was the son of Dellie and Jean (Gillis) Young. He is survived by one brother, Dwayne David and several cousins, uncles and aunts, in particular his aunt, Frances (Young) Crawford and her family as well as true friends he met along the way. Cremation has taken place and at his request there will be no visitation or Funeral Service. Burial will take place in Mount Carmel Cemetery, New Waterford, at a later date.
