Velda Marie Mckenna
Beloved wife of 55 years of Leo McKenna, surrounded by family, passed peacefully on May 31st in Fergus, Ontario at age 72. Predeceased by her parents, Thomas and Verda (Herrell) George. Loving mother of Donna, Debra, Kevin and Dayle (Glenn). Dear grandmother of Caitlin, Connor, Braeden and Ciara. Velda will be missed by her brother Thomas, her sisters Dianne and Dale and her extended family including many in PEI. A Funeral Mass for Velda was held at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Fergus on Saturday, June 8, 2019.
