Russell “Ted” Beer

In his 81st year at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on December 13, 2018 Russell “Ted” Beer, born in Charlottetown, December 20, 1937 to George and Cecile. Beloved husband of Doris Beer, nee Foley. Ted was the loving father of Steven, Teddy (Kim), Michelle (Barry) and Karen. Affectionately known as “Poppy” to his 14 grandchildren and one great grandchild. Also survived by his brother Ian. Predeceased by infant son Danny, grandson Dylan and brother Rowan. For those who knew Ted well, he didn’t suffer fools gladly. However, his kindness and warm heart were experienced by many. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home where a private family service will be held. No visitation by Ted’s request.
