Ruby Florence Mcneill (nee Macewen)

Ruby Florence passed away on Saturday August 11, 2018 in her 86th year. She joins her beloved husband Andrew McNeill who passed away in September 4, 2017 in his 91st year. Predeceased by her parents, Daniel and Rosalind (MacEachern) of Long Creek and her brothers Albert, Norman, Harvey, Blair and brother in law, Al Vryenhoek. Loving mother to Dan (Dawn), Andrea (Mark Mulder), Jeff and Sheelah (Martha Chamberlain). Grammie is greatly missed by her grandchildren: Kristen, Suzanne, David, Christopher, Eric, Meaghan, Andrew, Rosemary, Matthew and Emily. Lovingly remembered by her large MacEwen family of sisters, Claire (Boyd) and Lucy and brothers, Hollis (Joan), Neil (Gail), Eric (Jeannine), Heath (Pat) and sister-in-laws (Shirley, Margaret, Cheryl), sister-in-law Margaret Glass in Ireland and many relatives and close friends in Canada and abroad. A celebration of her life will be held at the Canoe Cove Presbyterian Church followed by an interment at the Cemetery on Sunday July 21, 2019 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Canoe Cove building fund would be appreciated.
