Ronnie Gallant

GALLANT, Ronnie The death occurred July 8 at QEH of Ronnie Gallant, age 65 with his son by his side. Formerly of PE Home and New Perth. He is survived by his son David, sisters and brother: Donna Trainor(Eddie), Darlene Peters (Kenny), Danny (Kathy), Carlie Morrison (Keith) and sister in law June Gallant along with numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents James A. Gallant in 1987 and Mary J. Gallant (McInnis) in 2008, sister Joni (2013), and brother Joey (2018). Ronnie grew up in Avondale and spent most of his adult life in the Montague area. He worked as an accomplished welder. He had a passion for antique vehicles and could identify the year and model at a glance. He took a severe stroke in March 2009 and spent the last years at PE Home where he received excellent care.
