Ronald Bernard Campbell

Peacefully at the Colville Manor on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 of Ronald “Ronnie” Campbell, age 87 years and formerly of Souris, PE. Predeceased by his wife Avonetta (nee Smith) and loving father to Martin (Colleen), Carol MacDonald (Alan), Wayne (Gertie), Gerard (Nancy), Cecil (Sherri), Blair (Jodi), Mary Jane Saucier (Mike), Judy Hennessey (Carl), Lynne MacPhee (Shawn), Terry (Krista), Liza Townshend (Graham) and also survived by Avonetta’s daughter Patsy Reardon (Aubrey). He will be deeply missed by his 34 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Howard and Jane Campbell, infant children Catherine and Cecil Campbell and sisters Frances MacKinnon, Margaret Legere, Agnes MacPhee, Monica Howlett and brothers Louis, Joseph, Walter and John Campbell. Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home with visiting hours on Sunday, March 24, 2019 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm and Monday, March 25, 2019 from 9:00am-9:45am. A funeral mass will be held at St. Columba Roman Catholic Church on Monday, March 25, 2019 at 11:00am. Interment to follow in the church cemetery.
