Rita Cyr

CYR, Rita Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Sunday, February 23, 2020 of Rita Cyr of Gillis Lodge, Eldon, PEI, age 80 years. Beloved wife of the late Galen Cyr and dear mother of Michael Francis-deceased, Susan Morrissette, Carol Pack, Debra Young, Beverley Boston, and Rolita Boston. Also survived by many grandchildren; her siblings, Shirley, Audrey, Jeannie-deceased, Joey-deceased, Doreen, Sheila, Vernon, Wendy and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Arthur and Bertha (nee Labobe) Francis. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Friday, then transferred to St. Francis of Assisi Church, Cornwall for Funeral Mass at 1 p.m. Interment later in St. Martin of Tours and St. Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Cumberland.
