Neil Harpham

Neil Harpham of Charlottetown passed away peacefully February 8. 2019 at age 74. Neil left behind the love of his life Deborah (Horton of Mt Albion). Father of Stoney of York, PE and John Kent of Alberta. Stepfather of April Hamilton (Michael) and Kevin Gay. Grandfather of Saber and Sarah Hamilton and also one great-grandchild in Edmonton, Alberta. Neil also leaves to mourn his sister-in-law Eva Downe and brother-in-law John Horton (Diane). Predeceased by his sister-in-law Matilda Carver (Jimmy) and brother in law Gordon Downe. There will be no visitation or funeral service by personal request. A memorial service will be announced at a later date. Completion of funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Hillsboro Funeral Home, 2 Hollis Ave., Stratford.
