WHITE, Melvin Derril Douglas Died peacefully on June 25th at Whisperwood Villa, in his 87th year. Loved Father of Elaine (Michael) Seniuk, Enfield, NS, Stephen (Lynn), West Royalty, Ronnie, Brackley, and Judy (Stephen) Hale, West Royalty. Fondly remembered Grandfather of Nelson (Emma) Seniuk, Louise Seniuk, Leah White, Erin & Laurel White, Sophie & Simon Hale and Great-grandfather of Rowan & Tessa Seniuk. Mourned by his twin sister Uldine (Blois) Dickieson, New Glasgow, and by sister Leah (Len) Park, Toronto and by sisters-in-law Isabel (the late Owen) Beaton, Alexandria and Flora (Wayne) Dickieson, North Rustico. Predeceased by his loving wife, our mother Norma (Woolner); parents, J. Derril and Bessie (Maney) White, and sister Bernice (Johnny) McNay. Our Father led a full and interesting life. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed coaching, cycling, travelling the world, raising a family, as well as his career with Agriculture Canada. He remained independent to the end, and his unique sense of the world continues to inspire his family. Dad is missed very much. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel.
