Mary MACPHERSON

MACPHERSON, Mary Mary MacPherson passed away peacefully after a long and happy life on Thursday, January 14, 2021 in her 91 st year. Predeceased by her husband Donald, Brother William Megela, and Son in Law Richard Daley, Parents Frank and Margaret Megela. Survived and sadly missed by her 5 Daughters, Gale (Ross), Sharon (David), Joan (Rick), Patricia, Charlene (Brian) and her Sister Laura. Her 13 Grandchildren Stephen, Kristen, and Tamara Daley, James, Diana, and Sarah Wilson, Cassandra and Marissa Crabtree, Brydan and Sheldon Bacon, Natasha, Tabitha, and Sabrina White. Her 7 Great Grand Children Garrett, Maddisan, Clariese, Hunter, Kaylen, Shylo, and Aalaya. Also lovingly remembered by her Sisters in law and brother in law and many nieces and nephews. Mary worked at the United Way and then for Stelco at Stelco Towers. She was an avid member of her parish St. Margaret Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Hamilton Mountain for 57 years. But most of all she loved her summers at the family cottage in Launching, Prince Edward Island. Private family funeral held. Cremation has taken place. Interment will be at a later date in St. George’s, Prince Edward Island where she will rest with her late husband Donald.
