Margaret Mary (nee Mckenna) Rogerson

Our strong, determined, loving mother, grandmother, and Harold's Island girl peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 7th, 2018, at the age of 86. Sixty-two years ago, Harold and Margaret tied the knot, shortly after came, Mike, Janice, Margie (Richard), Marlene (Greg), and Anne Marie (Steve). The arrival of Margaret and Harold's grandchildren, David, Tracey, Mitchell, Paige, Darby, and Eric, brought a new-found sense of love and happiness to our family. We thank you mom and dad for the countless hours spent guiding and loving our children. Margaret was the devoted and loving sister of Theresa (Henry, deceased), Terence (Margaret), Merlin (deceased)(Jean), Johnny (Mae), George (deceased), Emmett (Joan, deceased), Herman and Reginald (Betty Lou). Margaret always had room in her heart for her numerous nieces, nephews, and friends both on and off the Island. Especially, for her cousin and long-time best friend, Laura Brazel.
