Leo Murphy

Peacefully with his family by his side at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Thursday, December 6, 2018 of Leo Murphy of Charlottetown age 75 years. Beloved husband of 53 years to Shirley (nee Green). Loving father of Dana (David) McIsaac and Paul. Proud Grandfather of Justin Murphy. Brother of Bernard (Linda) Murphy and Fran (Dave) Power. Brother-in-law of Paul, Lee, Georgie, Mary Al, Tom, Nancy and Roger. Leo was predeceased by his parents Alban and Evelyn (Fleming) Murphy. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home until Monday, December 10th , then transferred to the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer for funeral mass at 10:00 a.m. Interment later in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday, December 9th from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. If so desired memorial contributions may be made to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
