BUTLER, Leo J. The death occurred peacefully at the Western Hospital, Alberton on Saturday October 17, 2020 of Leo J. Butler, Miminegash aged 73 years. He was born in Alberton on September 11, 1947, the son of the late George and Winnifred (McCormick) Butler. Dear brother to Shirley McKay (late Ralph), Miminegash, Harry Butler (late Ruby), Hoyt, N.B., Freddie Butler (Agnes), Alberton, Edward Butler (Agnes), Miminegash. He is also survived by friend Joe Perry, special nephew John Butler and sister-in-law Eleanor Butler. He was predeceased by parents George and Winnifred, sisters Freda (Alyre Wedge), Jean (Everett Wedge), brothers Maynard (Adeline Butler), Calvin (Kathleen Butler) Maurice, Alyre and 2 in infancy. Resting at the West Prince Funeral Home, 522 Thompson Road. No visiting hours by a personal request. Funeral mass will be held at Immaculate Conception Church, Palmer Road on Friday October 23, 2020 at 4:00 P.M. for family and invited guests. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
