Keith William Rackham

RACKHAM, Keith William The death occurred peacefully with family at his side, at the Queen Elisabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Monday, August 19, 2019, of Keith Rackham, husband of the late Barbara Rackham (nee Crabbe), formerly of Wheatley River, aged 90. Keith was the loving father of Colin George Rackham (Susan Mattinson). He is also survived by his niece, Heather Auld (Dave McCulloch); nephews, George Auld (Neila) and Errol Auld (Betty); and several grandnieces and grandnephews. Besides his wife Barbara, Keith was predeceased by his parents, Milton and Rebecca (Matheson) Rackham; parents-in-law, Robert and Effie Crabbe; sisters, Eleanor in infancy and Doris Auld (Edison). The family appreciates the care provided to Keith by the staff of Rosewood Residence over the past five years. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow for visitation on Wednesday, August 21, 2019 from 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Prince of Wales Masonic Lodge #18 will hold a Masonic memorial service at the funeral home, following the visitation at 8:30 p.m. Brethren from other lodges are invited to attend. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, August 22, 2019 at Central Queen’s Funeral Home Chapel at 2:00 p.m. Interment in Wheatley River United Church Cemetery.
