GALLANT, John “Dennis” It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Dennis Gallant, age 87, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, on Thursday, January 14, 2021. Dennis was the beloved husband of Mildred; loving father of Irwin (Karen), Danny (Grace), Ian (Barb), Paul, Wendy (Tim) and Darren (Gail). He will be lovingly remembered by his grandchildren; Joel, Brett, Genna, Taylor, Daphne, Lacey and Greta; and great grandchildren; Cadence, Emersyn and Avery. Also surviving is his brother; Edwin (Shirley) and many nieces and nephews, including special nephew, Curtis Gallant. Dennis was predeceased by his parents; Clarence and Clara Gallant; brother, Lawrence and sister, Marjorie Resting at the Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow. Due to covid health restrictions, a private (immediate family and invitation only) visitation will be held. The funeral (by invitation only) will be held at Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, North Rustico on Monday, January 18, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. Interment in Stella Maris Cemetery.
