Gordon Ira Thomas Mills

The death occurred peacefully, surrounded by family, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Charlottetown, on Saturday, July 13, 2019, of Gordon Mills, husband of Maureen Mills (nee Gallant), of Mayfield, aged 72. Gordon was the loving father of Wade MacIntyre (deceased), Rachel MacIntyre (Samantha), Elvis MacIntyre (Shannon), Ryan MacIntyre (Crystal), Collin MacIntyre, (Janda); and beloved grandfather to many. He is survived by his sister, Patsy Mills; and numerous nieces and nephews. Besides his son Wade, Gordon was predeceased by his parents, A. Roy and Ethel (Hill) Mills; sister, Heather Toombs; and godson, Kyle MacIntyre. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, New Glasgow, for visitation on Wednesday, July 17, 2019, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral will be held in the Funeral Home Chapel, on Thursday, July18, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. If so desired, donations in Gordon’s memory to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
