Ginette Denommée-Semeniuk — Charlottetown

Ginette Denommée-Semeniuk (1944-2018) Ste-Julienne, Québec Anglo Rustico , PEI summer resident Ginette passed away suddenly and peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Charlottetown on August 27, 2018. My wife of 49 years passionately loved this island and the wonderful friends that were part of her PEI life for close to 50 years. Gin loved her daily visits to North Rustico with our dog along the boardwalk, visiting Cooper at the Blue Mussel Café, talking with the “boys” at Arsenaults when the catch came in, looking out at the sandbar, waving to the tourists as the boats came through the channel, walking the Rustico Beach and running the dog near the breakwater. She had one last wonderful healthy month here amongst you all in the summer of 2018. Thanks to you all for your professionalism and compassion: 911, New Glasgow Fire Department, Island EMS, Critical Care at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Wing 8 cardiology personnel, Dr. Ajay Biswas, Health PEI, and Central Queen’s Funeral Home. Thanks from the bottom of our hearts to our Summer Haven Community, North Rustico, Stella Maris Credit Union and dear friends and neighbours. You were and still are very supportive.
