PROUD, George Albert Peacefully at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, surrounded by family on October 23, 2019 of George Albert Proud of Charlottetown, age 80 years. Beloved husband of Ann and proud father of Michael (Anne), David (Sheryl) and Geoffrey (Jo-Anne) and “Dan-Dan” to Ryan (Adrienne), Adam (Courtney), Lucas, Elliot, Logan, Addison, and Morgan and great-grandson Evan. Survived by sister Christine Sander, brothers-in-law Edward (Pat), Bill (Sharon) and Mike (Rowena) Lawlor and sister-in-law Barb Lawlor. Predeceased by his parents Peter and Margaret (Bearisto) Proud, parents-in-law Walter and Helen Lawlor, sister Olga (Ralph) Burgess, brothers-in-law John Sander and David Lawlor. Resting at MacLean Funeral Home Swan Chapel. Funeral Saturday from St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. for the Liturgy of the Word. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery.
