BUNTAIN, Derek Hedley Longworth The death occurred peacefully at the Prince Edward Home, Charlottetown, on Sunday, November 29, 2020, of Derek Buntain, beloved husband of Dianne Buntain (nee Wood), formerly of Brackley Beach, aged 79. Derek will be remembered by his sons, Angus and Andrew; granddaughter, Libby; and step-children, Kelly Refuse (Karl) and William Nelles. Derek was predeceased by his parents, George and Eileen (Longworth) Buntain; and his former wife, Elinor (Violino) Buntain. Resting at Central Queen’s Funeral Home, 2538 Glasgow Road, New Glasgow. Due to heath restrictions, a private service will be held. If so desired, donations in Derek’s memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
