Claude Gilles Gregoire,

GREGOIRE, Claude Gilles Claude, in his 90th year, passed away peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre, Charlottetown, on July 2, 2020. He was the loving husband to Ernestine (nee Gallant); cherished father to Lynne Peters (Brendon); and wonderful stepfather to Lisa McFadden (Pete) and Brad McBride (Rick Kenny). Claude is predeceased by parents, Philippe and Albertine (nee Martin); his first wife Barbara (nee Doucet); and siblings Rita (Maurice Gagne), Jeannine (Merrill Cook), Roger (Marie), Guy and Marielle (Louis Gregoire). He is also lovingly remembered by his many nieces and nephews, grandchildren and great-grandchild, as well as dear friends in both PEI and Quebec. Claude will be remembered fondly for his kindness, sportsmanship, storytelling and infectious smile and sense of humour. Originally from Sherbrooke Quebec and proud Islander since 1993. A private funeral to be held at Stella Maris Roman Catholic Church, North Rustico on July 6, 2020, at 10:30am, which will also be live streamed on the Central Queen’s Funeral Home Facebook page.
