The death occurred on Tuesday, July 7, 2020, of Barry Murphy, of Charlottetown, age 65 years. Beloved husband of Mary Murphy (nee Cahill). Father of Jarvis (Chelsey Wheatley) and Matthew (Natasha MacDonald). Loving Poppy of Braylynn Murphy, Tiernan MacDonald and Vincent Murphy. Also survived by brother Joseph Murphy; sister-in-law Gail Murphy; nephew, Dwayne Murphy (Dena Pound); nieces Cheryl Murphy (Trent Edwards) and Tanya Murphy (Greg Molony) and their families. Predeceased by his parents Vincent and Anne (nee Stewart) Murphy. Also predeceased by infant sister, Anita Murphy, brother Michael Murphy and infant grand nephew, Garrett Molony. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home. A private visitation and funeral mass will be held for the family. The Funeral Mass will be held at St Francis of Assisi Church, Cornwall. Interment to follow in St. Francis of Assisi and St. Martin de Tours Church Cemetery, Cumberland.
