Ann Marie Cudmore

Peacefully at the Provincial Palliative Care Centre on Friday, June 21, 2019 of Ann Marie Cudmore of Charlottetown, age 59 years. Ann Marie is survived by sons Kenny (Ashley) MacPhail and Mitchell Martin (Ashley Snow); grandchildren Hayden, Hunter, Victoria, Jersey, Tatum, Peyton and Archer; mother, Kay Jones; sisters, Cathy (Norman) LeClair, Linda (Gary) Smith, Peggy (Larry) Court and Colleen (Steven) Walsh; numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her father Kenneth Cudmore. Resting at the Hennessey Cutcliffe Charlottetown Funeral Home where a celebration of her life will be held on Tuesday from 4 - 7 p.m. beginning with a funeral service in the funeral home chapel at 4 p.m. Interment later.
