Representatives from three faiths will discuss the role of women in society at an upcoming interfaith panel at UPEI.
The discussion begins at 2 p.m. on Jan. 21 at the Chaplaincy Centre on campus.
A panel made up of representatives of the Buddhist, Muslim and Christian faiths will make presentations and participate in a discussion.
Panelists will also field questions from the audience.
Sister Sue Kidd, campus minister at UPEI, said the panel will provide a chance to learn from one another.
“Any opportunity we have to learn from each other is a valuable experience,” she said. “We’re creating a venue for that conversation.”
Members from all faith backgrounds are welcome. Refreshments will be served.
