Based on the impending weather forecast and winter storm warning in effect for today, all Public Schools Branch and French Language Board schools will be closing three hours early today.
Holland College closed today at 12 p.m and UPEI closed at 12:30 p.m.
The City of Charlottetown announced it was closing the administrative offices at 3 p.m.
Overnight parking restrictions are also in effect for Charlottetown between 11 p.m. and 6 p.m.
