CHARLOTTETOWN, P.E.I. – University Avenue at Enman Crescent will be reduced to one lane in each direction for the day Wednesday.

The closure is necessary for the installation of pedestrian signals at the intersection.

Personnel will be on site to direct traffic, but drivers should expect delays in this area.
