SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A Tignish man has pleaded guilty to one count under the Fisheries Act.
Brian George Gaudet, 58, was fined $750 for using a fishing appliance that obstructs more than two thirds of the width of any river or stream, or more than one third of the width of the main channel at low tide of any tidal stream.
The charge is from June 13 in Tignish.
