Summerside man pleads guilty to assault and mischief

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — SUMMERSIDE – Darrell Robert Gay, 50, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of assault and one count of mischief, by damaging property that was not his.

The incident occurred on Nov. 2, 2018 in Summerside.

Gay was sentenced to 30 days of conditional custody and must serve 18 months of probation.
