SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. – Richard Joseph Desroches, 50, of Saint Peter and Saint Paul has pleaded guilty to one count of operating a motor vehicle while having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.
The charge is from March 4 in Northam.
Desroches was sentenced to serve 30 days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently, must remain on probation until his time is served, was fined $1,000, must pay a $300 victim surcharge and is prohibited from driving for 24 months.
