Tignish man fined for failing to tag bluefin tuna

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 24-year-old Tignish man has pleaded guilty to one count under the Fisheries Act of failing to tag a bluefin tuna immediately after the fish was caught.

William Darryl Gaudet was fined $1,500.

The charge is from Sept. 11, 2018.
