Summerside's information access bylaw clears hurdle

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Summerside's new Access to Information and Protection of Personal Privacy Bylaw cleared the committee level Tuesday evening. 

The item passed through the agenda relatively quickly with only a couple of minor corrections in terms of the wording of the document.

The bylaw will now move on to the Feb. 18 council meeting for a final vote.
