SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 34-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty to one count of failing to provide a sample of his breath as demanded by a peace officer.

Adam Marc Lyle was sentenced to serve three days in jail, was fined $1,000 and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.

The charge is from May in Summerside.
