SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Colin Richard Wood, 22, of Summerside has pleaded guilty to one count of unlawfully being in a dwelling (house).

The charge is from Dec. 27, 2019, in Summerside.

Wood was sentenced to serve 45 days in jail and 18 months of probations.
