Summerside man get 50 days in jail after pleading guilty to several charges

SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 35-year-old Summerside man has pleaded guilty to one count of failing to attend court as required by a judge, one count of mischief for breaking a window that did not belong to him and five counts of being at large before his terms of imprisonment were expired.

Chad James Lloyd Desroches was sentenced to serve 50 days in jail and 18 months of probation.

All of the charges took place in December 2019 and January 2020 in Summerside.
