SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 54-year-old St. Chrysostome man has pleaded guilty to one count of having care and control of a motor vehicle while also having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit.

Claude Arsenault was sentenced to serve three days in jail, was fined $1,500, must pay $450 in victim surcharges and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.

The charge is from Oct. 13 in Wellington.
