SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — Connor Kevin Baglole, 23, of Rosebank has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit while driving.
The charges are from Jan. 22 in Alma.
Baglole was sentenced to serve five days in jail, which he received permission to do intermittently. He must also remain on probation until his time is served, is prohibited from driving for 12 months, must pay a fine of $2,000 and a victim surcharge of $600.
