RCMP asking for public's help regarding theft from vehicles in Miscouche

MISCOUCHE, P.E.I. — The RCMP is seeking assistance from the public in identifying the person or persons responsible for thefts from multiple vehicles in the Miscouche area overnight on Wednesday, Jan. 15 into the early morning hours of Thursday, Jan. 16.

In each incident, access was gained to an unlocked vehicle.

Anyone with information can call the East Prince RCMP at 902-436-9300 or P.E.I. Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-8477 (TIPS).

The public is reminded to always keep vehicles locked and to refrain from keeping valuables in plain view in an unattended vehicle.
