ALBERTON, P.E.I. — An Alberton man was arrested, and drugs and cash were seized following a recent targeted vehicle stop.
The Prince District Joint Force Operations (JFO) Unit, which is comprised of RCMP, Summerside and Kensington police members, conducted the vehicle stops Nov. 28 in Miscouche and on Dec. 12 in Summerside.
As a result, Raymond Gallant was arrested, and more than 49 grams of powder and crack cocaine, along with over $1,300 in cash were seized from his vehicle.
Gallant will appear in Summerside Provincial Court Dec. 13.
