SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 53-year-old P.E.I. woman has received jail time after pleading guilty to two charges.
Kyla Anne MacMillan, of no fixed address, has pleaded guilty to one count of stealing merchandise from a Summerside gas station valued at less than $5,000, and one count of failing to attend court as required by judge,
MacMillan was sentenced to serve eight days in jail and 18 months of probation.
The charge is from June 23 and Sept. 19 in Summerside.
