SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 68-year-old North Cape man has pleaded guilty to one count under the Fisheries Act of fishing for rock crab out of season.

Wayne Joseph Perry was fined $10,000.

The charge is from May 29, 2019 in waters near Red Head Harbour.
