SUMMERSIDE, P.E.I. — A 34-year-old New Dominion man has pleaded guilty to one count of having a blood alcohol level above the legal limit within two hours of having control of a vehicle.
Steven Nelson Chaisson was sentenced to serve three days in jail, must pay a $1,500 fine and a $450 victim surcharge and is prohibited from driving for 12 months.
The charge is from Nov. 25, 2019 in Borden-Carleton.
